The product
The wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing package is used for the watertight connection of penetrations to the wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing membrane.
The set consists of:
- wolfseal 1K rapid
- wolfseal fresh concrete bond-Standard sealing tape
- wolfseal fresh concrete bond-Sealing tape cut in
- Accessories: Brushes and cleaning cloths
By combining the individual components, feedthroughs can be connected easily, quickly and safely.
The sealing package is available in three sizes:
wolfseal fresh concrete bond-Seal package (S)
wolfseal fresh concrete bond-Density package (M)
wolfseal fresh concrete bond-Seal package (L)
Depending on the size and number of feedthroughs, you can select the appropriate package size.

The field of application
The use of penetrations in both floor and wall sections inevitably results in penetration points of external structural waterproofing. With the wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing package, penetrations can be connected watertight to the external wolfseal fresh concrete bond waterproofing membrane and the concrete of the floor slab.
The processing
The upper edge of the drainage corresponds to the upper edge of the cleanliness layer. The cleanliness layer is produced without imperfections up to the penetration. Imperfections around the pipe penetration must be filled.
The bushing is cut out of the wolfseal fresh concrete bond sheet.
The feed-through is cleaned with a cleaning cloth and taped all the way around above the bottom edge of the base plate with wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing tape.
The bushing is installed.
The wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing tape is used to create the connection between the grommet and wolfseal fresh concrete bond membrane. Half of the wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing tape (5 cm) is glued to the wolfseal fresh concrete bond membrane and half to the grommet.
The second wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing tape is completely coated with wolfseal 1K Rapid in a layer thickness of 2 mm.
The processing guidelines must be observed.
