With our thepro DämmDichtSystem, proven and patented since 2009, the working method is rationalized in such a way that the highest quality is affordable. As an additional measure to the white tank in in-situ concrete, thepro DämmDichtSystem combines the advantages of a fresh concrete composite seal with the requirements of effective thermal insulation made of XPS elements.

Thanks to intelligent pre-production, the seal is already connected to the thermal insulation at the factory.

The full-surface bond between the wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing membrane and the XPS thermal insulation prevents water from running behind.

The concrete of the white tank, the waterproofing and the thermal insulation form a monolithic component, which prevents moisture from getting behind the thermal insulation or even behind the waterproofing, even in the event of pressing water.

The large-format panels speed up the installation of the insulation on the walls of the basement and under the floor slab, the thermal insulation is more efficient and the work can be carried out professionally and all year round, regardless of the weather.

The problem

The regular white tank must be secured with additional crack-bridging measures for high-quality use or the waterproof components must remain permanently accessible from the inside of the building.

The solution

The wolfseal fresh concrete composite sealing membrane used in thepro insulating sealing elements bonds securely with the waterproof concrete and thus forms an additional full-surface external seal that is able to elastically bridge cracks in the concrete.

The problem

High-quality use generally requires the use of thermal insulation. If this is subsequently applied to the white tank, it is almost impossible to achieve the required backflow-proof installation. This also requires a lot of time and good weather conditions.

The solution

Thanks to the intelligent pre-production of thepro InsulationSealElements (DDE), the XPS insulation boards are already connected to the wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing membrane in a backflow-proof manner. This means that thepro DDE offers thermal insulation that is protected against backflow and a crack-bridging external seal against pressing and non-pressing water in a single product.
