The product
wolfseal sound insulation joint tape
The wolfseal sound separation joint tape is a construction joint tape with a connection option on both sides to the wolfseal KB 16 joint system. The lower edge is coated with the wolfseal special composite coating to ensure a watertight connection to the floor slab. The associated expansion joint connections are already pre-assembled at the factory.

The wolfseal sound separating cage is a joint spacer made of soft fibre mats with integrated brackets to stabilize the joint tape during wall installation and concreting.
Not separately tested by building authorities.

The processing
The wolfseal sound separation joint tape is set in concrete in the floor slab. When placing the element walls, the sound separation cage is mounted in the building separation joint. The joint tape is held in position by this fixing and the soft fiber mat prevents a sound bridge between the buildings.
The processing guidelines must be observed.
